SpitfireZ... 

was born out of the necessity for people to have quality, real non-processed food, for large amounts of people, prepared fresh as possible, at a fair price. Since the late 90’s the creators of SpitfireZ have been honing their culinary skills working in pizza shops, short order kitchens, large country clubs, banquet facilities, and ultra fine dining restaurants. Turning all that cooking knowledge into one of Pittsburgh’s fastest growing catering companies.

and crew take pride in cooking real actual food, and strive to make everything possible from scratch. Not only do we roast the area’s freshest and best meats over charcoal including beef, turkey, lamb, pigs and chicken. But we also make some killer sauces to pair with those meats and we place them on only Sanchioli brothers Bakery Breads.  The same pride that goes into our slow roasted meats goes into everything we cook. Fresh hand cut salads with our signature homemade dressings, made from scratch side dishes, hand breaded fried appetizers, you can taste the SpitfireZ difference in every item we cook.

itself is in its relative infancy 9 years, the experience level is not. Over the past 20+ years the crew of SpitfireZ has handled hundreds of events of all shapes and sizes.
