SpitfireZ Online Catering does not run a 9-5 day to day hours. That being said, we do not have anyone to answer phones during normal business hours. Our business runs strictly via our online form system, email, or via our social networks. We do things this way so that no customer gets missed. We have our system set up so that there is know way an order, a question, or a concern never gets missed. We do apologize if this is an inconvenience, this system protects the customer and us so that there is a written transaction for any communication and nothing can be misunderstood for your event.
