Sliced fresh eggplant rounds with our house made garlic hummus then topped with another eggplant round, brushed with extra virgin olive oil and grilled to perfection.

Vegetable Kabobs

An array of seasonal vegetables sliced and placed on a bamboo skewer, marinated overnight and then glazed with our house teriyaki sauce. Kabobs can be served with warm pita bread to make a great veggie grill option to pair with the traditional burger and dogs bbq.

Pasta with diced multi colored bell peppers, red onion, shredded carrots, hard boiled eggs, and green olives tossed in our creamy flavored mayo dressing.

Honey Fiesta Corn

Sweet yellow corn tossed with diced red onion, multi colored bell peppers, fresh cilantro, and lightly touched with some diced jalapeno. All sautéed in real butter and finished with honey.


Local fresh corn steamed in honey then, placed and served out of a styrofoam cooler so your corn keeps fresh for hours. Served with butter, asllt and pepper.
