Reporting

Instructional intervention teachers report data at various points during the school year to parents/guardians. Parents are kept up to date of their child’s progress in the classroom and performance on assessments.

The Student Support Services Department End of Year Report includes the number of students served and the growth shown by students in the program. This reporting is substantiated by progress monitoring data, specifically standardized testing results (STAR). The report also includes perception data on themes from the information shared through survey responses.

The function of this reporting is to keep the school community informed about the impact of the support provided to students. Furthermore, this report also helps to illustrate the goals and objectives of the program as it moves forward.
