Students who ride the bus will arrive in time to eat breakfast before beginning the day. Parents dropping off students should bring them to the back of their school.
Students will collaborate to solve an engineering design and construction problem using their critical thinking skills, teamwork, and creativity. These short challenges will start the day to help students get in an engineering frame of mind.
What is a bug? What do they look like close up? You will use your observation skills to learn more about a bug's life. Use your imagination and creativity to learn more about how our little friends live all around us.
You are going on a bug hunt! You will need your observation skills to find a likely bug habitat to collect your specimens. Once you collect you samples and find our what type of bugs you collected you will need your creative skills to construct a bug habitat for your critter!
Lunch will be provided in the cafeteria.
You will use robots to explore how bugs move through their environment and survive! Learn how to program your robot to help your bug to get back to it's home!
