Aquatics is semester course consisting of daily swimming, where students of all skill levels and abilities work together both in mixed-level and same-level skill groups to become proficient in the American Red Cross swim program. Skills learned include: floating; rhythmic breathing; six strokes; deep-water entries of jumping, diving, and stride entries; racing starts and turns; water exercise and conditioning; water safety; synchronized swimming; games and relays.
