Participants will be introduced to as many fitness activities as possible in order to gain the skills, knowledge, and attitude necessary to use the varying activities in order to be active for life. Activities: step and kickbox aerobics, H20 exercise, yoga, Pilates, Stability ball, toning, muscle relaxation, fitness testing, Zumba, along with classroom instruction on nutrition, muscle functions, fitness scheduling.
