Technical Support

The technicians and engineers are here to provide troubleshooting support for you. The best way to get in touch with them is to submit a ticket in TechHelp

After you submit a ticket, it will be assigned to the person who can best help you. That person may email you, call you, or just stop by your room to address the issue. Sometimes the technician will submit notes on your ticket; these notes are automatically sent to your CISD email and appear from the sender "helpdesk@southlakecarroll.edu." If you need to respond to a question or add more information regarding your technical issue, please be sure to add a note to your ticket or reply to the email.
