FBLA

by Sammie Anderson and Sadie Shockley

FBLA has had a busy beginning of the 2017-2018 school year. They have recycled three times, sold 50 carnations for homecoming, and also, the officers and a few other committed members attended a fall leadership conference.

On September 25th, nine girls attended a leadership conference at the Cornhusker Hotel. All of the officers went into separate rooms and learned more about the responsibilities of their officer position. There were also optional sessions where we could learn about some local businesses, future financing, fundraiser ideas, PBL, and more. These sessions were very informative, and the FBLA members are excited to start applying all that they’ve learned.

This year, FBLA has had very active participants. From recycling to carnations, we've been busy and look forward to what comes next. Please continue to support your local FBLA chapter, thank you.
