Environmental deterioration

Resources given to us have a vital bearing on the economic life. Since very long in the past , when the man started interacting with nature, natural products have been made available in varifying varities and various quantities. Natural resources consist of climate, soil, rainfall, forests, mineral deposits and source of power.

The damage of the natural resources has been bith wide spread and heavy . While using them for production and consumption , almost all typesof resources have been adversely affected, causing big losses to their quality and quantity.

Land/ soil the very productive base of the economy, has been degraded because of erosion, water logging etc.

The deterioration of envirronment has caused heavy losses to the economy , all of which cannot be expressed in monetory term.
