Project SOAR is a program of SoCal CAN and provides free college guidance, academic advising, and career support to residents living in public housing communities. Regardless of age, citizenship status, or academic attainment, any HACLA resident with college, career & technical education (CTE), or professional goals and questions can connect with an Education Navigator virtually or in-person. We have SOAR participants spanning the ages of 13 to 67 years-old! 

At Project SOAR, we firmly believe that it is never too early or too late to pursue your college and career dreams.
