Below is the table from the 2018 by-laws listing which materials are required (R) or optional (O) at each stage of review for library faculty. Note that this is a screenshot - be sure to scroll down past item 8b. and the footnotes for the remainder of the list.
While all materials from the table are discussed in this site, be aware that not all may be required at your stage of evaluation. Assemble your site in order per the table.
IMPORTANT, EASY-TO-MISS FOOTNOTE FROM THE BY-LAWS FOR THOSE COMPLETING FILE FOR TENURE:
The tenure file must include both newly-prepared material and material from the pre-tenure contract renewal file for all items/categories except the CV (which is a dynamic document).
You can do this in one of two ways: You can link your full 3rd year google site in your tenure site. This is the easier way and is recommended. OR, you can upload two sets of clearly-distinguished documents in each part of the file: the materials you submitted for your pre-tenure review (exactly as you submitted them, no deletions, additions, or modifications), and the new materials for your tenure evaluation.
