The document below offers a more streamlined overview of the timeline/key dates for faculty standing for tenure and/or promotion; this version of the document was created in January 2024. It replaced a version dated 9.10.23, which did not include the dates for the VPAA's outreach to External Evaluators, nor the deadline for submission to the VPAA.
Prior to 2023, the due dates for contact information, research portion, and research distribution were 15 days later than what is now posted. The timeline shift creates a longer window to formally secure external evaluators and for their actual review.
