IMPORTANT, EASY-TO-MISS FOOTNOTE FROM THE BY-LAWS FOR THOSE COMPLETING FILE FOR TENURE (but **not** for full professor):
The tenure file must include both newly-prepared material and material from the pre-tenure contract renewal file for all items/categories except the CV (which you've obviously updated since your pre-tenure review). The purpose, of course, is for your evaluators to be able to measure out the distance in your professional development since your last review.
You can do this in one of two ways: You can link your full 3rd year google site in your tenure site. This is the easier way and is recommended. OR, you can upload two sets of clearly-distinguished documents in each part of the file: the materials you submitted for your pre-tenure review (exactly as you submitted them, no deletions, additions, or modifications), and the new materials for your tenure evaluation.
