On Mondays we reflect...
This week during our meditation, we thought about what and who we are grateful for.
We allowed our gratitude, love and uniqueness to grow inside of us. We also remembered that we are all loved, special and perfect as we are.
We reminded ourselves that our different feelings during the day are ok and practised breathing exercises to be able tomrelax.
Today, whilst listening to calming music, we were given positive affirmation cards to focus on and think about during the week.
This morning, we thought about what, who or where makes us especially happy. We aimed to keep those happy feelings throughout the week and to be thankful for our happiness.
