Calling all SUPER HERO fans!!
Choose one of the awesome warm ups from the GET KIDS MOVING page and move with your favorite character!! Which will you choose...Marvel, Star Wars, Avengers, Harry Potter or ??

For those who are rocking the rhythm sticks let's try THAT POWER for the core this week! Grab something (sticks, pencils, spoons, paper towel rolls, stuffed animals) or nothing and follow along with this warm-up! Do your best and if you get off track (I do too) just jump in where you are or create your own moves!
Have fun and get those muscles warmed up, then head down and try a few activities below!!
Be creative and use what you have at your house! Please try to get in at least 3 component of fitness activities, 2 exercises, and 1 sport type skill in your course! I can't wait to see what you come up with!!

Using something (racket, pan, flipper, make your own) to hit something else (ball, socks, paper/foil ball). Try some of these challenges to see how you do!
Use any racket/paddle you can find...even make your own with a stick and cardboard!
Practice each activity and see what scores you get in the challenges!!
Grab your rope and try some skills! If you don't have a rope check out the video on how to make one!
