K & 1 - Please choose at least 4 challenges!
2 & 3 - Please choose at least 6 challenges!
4 & 5 - Please choose at least 8 challenges!
Here's an idea for your tracker sheet! If you don't know what you can do it's hard to know what you want to do!
Please use this tracker or create your own to track your results for the next few weeks! Please download it to print (File - Download) or make an on-line copy in Google docs (File - Make a copy and save to your drive) to track digitally! You can also just draw some lines on a piece of paper...whatever works for you is ok with me!
Below you will find some examples of challenges. They are also listed on the 2nd page of the tracker sheet! Use any combination of exercises or challenges--try to do at least your recommened number of exercises--remember your fitness is whatever you want it to be so choose things you enjoy! I tried to show some adaptations as far as equipment goes, but feel free to use whatever you have! Also, decide what time limit you would like to use for each and record that in the time column so you can stay consistent!
When you're done and have your results please check in on the FlipGrid to tell us about the challenge you created or if you chose my challenges show/tell us about the challenges that you tried this week!

Combination Exercises - check out the plank jack challenge and put your favorite exercises into a combination...how many can you do in 30/45/60 seconds?
Push Ups, Full Sit Ups or Crunches- how many can you do with good form before you need to stop?
Jumping Jacks, Mountain Climbers, Burpees, Crab Kicks - how many can you do with good form in 30/45/60 seconds?
Side to Side or Forward/Backward Line Jumps - how many can you do in 30/45/60 seconds?
ZigZag or Square Jumps - set 4 spots, jump in a pattern to each spot. How many cycles can you make in 30/45/60 seconds?
Sprint challenge - choose 2 points - how fast can you run between them?
Endurance challenge - choose a loop (ie: around outside of house)
Create Your Own!! Figure out a skill or exercise combo, decide the layout and scoring, time yourself and let us know how to do it too!!
