Casita de la Luna Apartments features five, single-story buildings with a total of 27 units. This complex is elderly and/or disabled housing with one and two bedroom units. The rent and utilities are subsidized through Rural Development for all households that income qualify.
Rent is 30% of gross monthly income less applicable deductions
On-site coin operated laundry room and community room available for tenant use
Assigned parking with ample visitor and handicapped spaces available
Tenant pays for electricity and heat
Water, sewer, and trash included in rent
Pets allowed with deposit - Service and therapy animals always welcome
