Home Rehabilitation Program

The San Luis Valley Housing Coalition has designed the Home Rehabilitation Program to help income qualified homeowners make the necessary repairs to their home. In order to bring about a safer, more sanitary, and energy efficient living environment, the SLVHC offers this loan program at a low-interest rate which can be amortized up to thirty years.

Affordable monthly payments may be tailored to suit your particular financial situation. Your monthly payments to the SLVHC will be deposited into a Revolving Loan Fund so that others in need of rehabilitation may receive assistance.
