Mission: Older Adults living life to the fullest. We fulfill our mission by providing residential, in-home and outreach services that support older adults and their families.
Student projects address this.
About: EverTrue is a faith-centered, nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering older adults to live life to the fullest, wherever they call home. Formerly known as Lutheran Senior Services, the mission continues to build on a legacy of 165 years of service and innovation. EverTrue provides a variety of supports and services for older adults. Project Topic: TBD; will be discussed at the initial visit. Team should review the project from Spring 2025 to get a general idea of project that the previous IPE completed in collaboration with the team at EverTrue/PACE.
The overall goal of PACE is to "help older adults maintain independence and remain living in their home for as long as safely possible."
PACE uses an interdisciplinary model to provide different medical, social, and other supportive services to older adults in one space. This provides increased social connection with an emphasis on health and wellness.
