• Gries Complex follows an RA Buddy System
Each RA has a "Co"RA.
These are people that hold each other accountable throughout the semester
During: Opening and Closing, Health and Safety Checks, etc.
• There are 2 RAs on every floor in Clemens Hall and Walsh Hall.
• The Gries Tower pairs with opposite floor RAs for their Co's
Ex. Floor 1 6 pairs with Floor 3, Floor 15 pairs with Floor 4, and so on.
• Each RA in the Gries Complex generally serves on 2 committees per semester.
• The RHC/GHC's will assign RAs to committees based on preference.
• There are 6 total committees within the community. Below is an overview of each committee.
