Purchase Instructions

**The RHC in Gries is in charge of all finances and purchases**

• • Programming Funds: These roll over and are where the RAs floor budgets come from. 

    • RAs may choose the amount of their semester budget as needed

    • Check out P-Card from RHC office

  • Administrative Funds: 

    • Resource Room Restocking

    • Kitchen Supplies

    • Office Supplies

• Hall Council Funds: These funds are tracked by the Walsh GHC

  • must get approval from them

  • must help with program shopping for them
