• Threats or thoughts of suicide

• Counseling issues (someone in crisis/immediate referral needed)

• Sexual Assault

• St. Louis Police enter the building for any reason

• Emergency response (i.e.:  fire alarm, bomb threat, etc.)

• Fights/Violence

• Major facilities concerns (flood, complete power outage, etc.)

• Suspicion of drugs

• Acts of intolerance/discrimination/prejudice

• Student goes to the hospital (via ambulance or personal transport)

• If you can’t get ahold of the conference assistant on call

• If you can’t get ahold of the Resident Advisor on call

• If you can’t get ahold of the Desk Manager on call

• Minor facilities issues (small leak, water out on 1 floor, lock out problems, etc.)

Call the Desk Manager on call for

• Someone doesn’t show up for a desk shift, everyone’s been called, and no one can cover

• Scheduling issues with the desks

• Desk worker isn’t following expectations

• Questions about the desk procedures (i.e.:  ID/guest policy)

• If there are front desk issues

Email the Summer RHC between 10:00AM-5:00PM Monday through Friday (Marg, MTE, Grand, Spring, Village Only) 

• During business hours(Before 5:00 PM)

  • If there is a check in/check out and there is no corresponding packet

  • There is an emergency in Marg/MTE during the business hours. After hours, please contact Pro Staff on call. 

  • Any question you have at all about Summer Housing, or your job!

• Anything after hours/weekends, please call Pro Staff on Call.
