The purpose of LRA meetings are to:
share department updates
get student input on department decisions that impact student staff
discuss concerns and trends amongst Resident Advisor teams
work collaboratively to develop solutions to challenges in the position and
provide ongoing training and leadership development for LRAs.
The Charges and responsibilities of the Lead resident Advisor Advisors is to:
Maintain an open, two-way, feedback dialogue with Lead RAs.
Provide holistic development opportunities to the Lead RAs.
Work collaboratively with the LRAs to develop solutions and support for issues affecting their role.
Length/Frequency: Meetings will occur on a bi-weekly basis for 1 hour during the Fall Semester.
