Desk No Call No Show?
Want to Reserve a Meeting Space?
If a resident wants to reserve a meeting space, have them scan the QR code and the Residence Hall Coordinator (RHC), Graduate Hall Coordinator (GHC), or Lead Resident Advisor (LRA) will reach out to them to approve or deny their request. They will need to put in their request at least 48 business hours before their event, including kitchen use.
If someone else is in that space when their event is happening, the students renting the space will ask those students kindly to leave because they reserved that space. The DW will verify the email's date and time. If the students do not leave and it is after 7pm, call the RA on call to assist in asking the students to leave. If it is before 7pm, ask in the DW+RA GroupMe if anyone can help the student to ask the other students to leave.
