PC Passport is a fantastic subject where you can build digital skills in using common Microsoft packages.
Microsoft packages are used in so any jobs and in higher education, and a good understanding of the features and functions of these packages will be beneficial no matter what career you are in.
Within all 3 units, pupils will gain experience in using both Desktop and Web-Based versions of the software. Pupils have to work independently and also collaborate with other pupils using a range of software and skills.

Presentations
This unit uses Microsoft PowerPoint to create engaging multimedia presentations.
Microsoft Excel is used to track budgets and stock using a range of formula.
Microsoft Word is needed to create letters, invoices and other common word documents.
The assessment for PC Passport is ongoing and there is no end of year exam.
Each unit has a practical challenge and multiple choice question set that must be passed in order to achieve the level being assessed.
We currently offer PC Passport at Levels 4, 5 and 6.
