Join us as we explore STEM with a "gingerbread" themed activity.
Time- Saturday, December 16: 1:00-2:00pm
Ages- 6+
This program explores STEM and creativity in a fun and engaging way. Participants in the program will have the opportunity to work with conductive dough to create their own "gingerbread robot". Patrons will first be introduced to the science behind how electricity travels, the differences between conductive and inductive, as well as how electricity supplies power. Participants will be provided with both conductive and insulating dough, batteries, and electrical components, and gingerbread cookie cutters. After a small demonstration families will be able to create and take home their own creations.
