Time- Friday, August 11: 4:30pm-5:30pm

Ages- All Ages

This event combines creativity and art exploration through paint. In partnership with the local paint night business, the library will host a paint night event specifically for children. The artist will guide children in recreating a popular book cover. Once children have completed their art piece, and wait for the painting to dry, children will grab snacks and sit on the rug for storytime. The storyteller will read the book that the children recreated the cover for. Children will be able to keep their art work or choose to have it displayed at the library for the remainder of the month.
