Innomakers Programme X Josephian Arts Programme
Congratulations to the winners: Shivanesh s/o Vijay, Cho Kyu Jin, Lim Tzen Hon, Matthew Kenneth Suciadi, and Luke Nigel Ng (not pictured). You have truly made a real impact!
We are thrilled to announce that our Year 2 student team, the Think Tankers, have won the Most Innovative Award at the national Challenge Y competition! Organised by Design Singapore Council and the School of X, Challenge Y invited participants to use Design Thinking to build healthier, happier relationships.
This year, SJI sent two teams of lower secondary students from the Josephian Arts Programme and Innomakers Programme. Our Josephians contributed their artistic talents and making abilities to create inventive solutions for authentic social problems.
The Think Tankers' award-winning creation was Family Link, an innovative app designed to help young people stay connected with their grandparents through fun, weekly challenges that unlock rewards like vouchers and a growing virtual garden.
A special shout-out to our dedicated Year 1 Team whose project, Family Tok, was also shortlisted for the challenging final round.
Their works were showcased at the Design Education Summit 2025 and we would like to thank all the teachers, parents and supporters who came to visit our booths.
