Year 2 students visited the Botanic Gardens' Eco Pond (below) and Jacob Ballas Children's Garden (left) to do a site visit for their Design Challenge.
They have to rethink how Botanic Gardens can provide a more positive experience for park users.
Along with the challenge, students have to apply Design Thinking in their ideation phase.
They also need to consider supporting The Green Plan in their strive to create a sustainable and impactful solution to the challenge.
