Here are some starting points for your investigation:
Your Task
Using Google Maps and having our school as a starting point - calculate how far you need to travel to properly dispose of all of the preceding items.
Create a custom Google Map to identify all of the electronic recycling facilities in our local communities (Port Moody, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam)
Identify and outline each facility within your map. Draw lines on your map to indicate the direction to travel and the total distance from our school.
How to create a custom Google Map
Sign in to Google Maps.
Click My Places at the top left panel.
Click Create Map.
Google Maps will open Maps Engine Lite in a new tab.

Finally, create a new page titled "E-Waste" in your website and embed your custom map into your page. In addition, on your "E-Waste" page, please include the following:
definition of E-Waste
list some of its human and environmental impact
list some proposed solutions
list some of the actions you as an individual can make to help minimizing the negative impact
embed min. 3 graphics/images about e-waste (describe briefly what we're seeing)
embed min. 2 youtube videos about e-waste
create and embed a google survey about e-waste (do not copy mr. zhuang's)
