odkakao je demokracija, preovladala na planeti, imaju matori i jednu obavezu: da glasaju, kad su izbori, za koga god hocye. Mogu i da ne glasaju, ali red je da odu na biralisste.
Nekako, visse latentna mogucynost je da se matorci ponassaju kao da nisu matorci, dokle god mogu da sednu u auto i odvezu sami sebe do recimo Beograda, tamo prossetaju par sati i lepo se vrate doma. Ili da uzmu telefon i razgovaraju par sati na dan na koju bilo temu, pa i o inovacijama (ringla, sat, bus)

O RATNICIMA
Ako vas zaccudi, da navodim Isusa kao pozitivan primer, a on je bog najvecye religije, evo objassnjenja; Ja ne prihvatam samo objassnjenje boga, kako ga daju velike religije, ali ne i same religije kao socijalne pojave. Smatram ih pozitivnim. Drugo, Isus je prozziveo zzivot na zemlji kao obiccan ccovek. Drugre velike religije ga ne smatraju bogom. Medjutim mnogi, medju kojima je i Indijski velikan Gandi, smatraju da je isus bio veliki ccovek. Sa ccim se ja uveliko slazzem. Zato ga citiriam ovde.
Isus se samo u jednom slučaju pozabavio ratovanjem ( Mudri kralj [10-'L14]... 24), više kao primer za nešto drugo.

Slazzem se. A bio je nepismen ccovek. Ovo samo znacci da visoke sskole, doktorati, nisu garancija za uspessnost
u zzivotu niti za vodjenje etniccke grupe (nacije, religije itd).
2) Kralj Petar I i Prvi Svetski Rat (1914)
Većinsko mišljenje u Srba: Petar I -Oslobodilac.
Moje usamljeno mišljenje: Nesposoban vodja jer je propustio da razmisli o Isusovoj naivnoj doktirni iz priče "Mudri kralj" i tako izgubio gotovo pola svojih podanika.
3) Knez Pavle (1941)
Većinsko mišljenje u Srba: Izdajnik jer je marta 1941 sklopio pakt sa Hitlerom
Nije samo moje mišljenje: Mudar vladar. Pokušao je da spase svoj narod od glupe greške kakvu je počinio kraj Petar I. Nije on voleo Hitlera, ali u interesu svojih podanika, otišao mu je na noge, i napravio sa njim taj sporazum, što je bolje znao i mogao. To nuzzno zlo, koje su piccinili i drugi evropski vladari.
4) Predsednik Tito (1945-80 -dok je bio živ)
Većinsko mišljenje : Vrhunski vodja i političar.
Moje bedno manjinsko: Prosečan vodja i političar.
Odgovoran za smrth hiljada ljudi zbog ignorisanja odluke Hitlerovske vojne komande da se ubija 100 civila za svakog nemačkog ubijenog vojnika. Pa za Sremski front. pa za likvidaciju politicckih neistomissljenika, ccetnika i ustassa u Sloveniji 1944/45.
Ali u poredjenju sa Petrom I - tito je ipak nessto manje kriv.
Formrianje Pokreta Nesvrstanih je veliku plus njegove politike,

koji je otvorio vrata Jugoslovenima u gotovo sve zemlje sveta.
Mišljenja o Titu nakon njegove smrti su jako deformisana potrebama dnevne politike, pa za sada nemaju važnosti.
5) Slobodan Milošević (1981-99)
Većinsko mišljenje u vreme dok je bio na vlasti diametralno se razlikuje od sadašnjeg. Sad ga pljuju i mnogi, koji su ga zdušno podržavali dok je bio na vlasti.
Moje malecko je obrnuto. Dok je bio na vlasti, zamerao sam mu oranizovanje Balkanskih ratova.
Ali, nakon odlaska u Hag, analizirajući svetske političke odnose i naročito kako bi neki drugi "Petar I" (možda i šešelj) postupio u vreme bombardovanja, Slobodan je iha bolji. Izgubio je svega oko dve hiljade podanika u sukobu protiv najveće svetske sile.
Treći Balkanski ratovi (1991-1994) mu dakako ne služe na čast, ali njegovu krivicu je teško proceniti, jer opet ko zna šta bi bilo da je umesto njega državu vodio neki "Petar I"
6) Prenaseljenost planete. Ovo nije pitanje rata, ali ima teže i gore posledice od svih ratova u Istoriji. Priroda reguliše broj divljih životinja, a tržište broj domaćih. Broj ljudi neko ne reguliše, tj oni koji bi to mogli i trebali, uglavnom pogoršavaju šanse za poboljšanje.
Na prvom mestu su dva "krivca"; Katolička crkva, simoblično. Ako već ne može da pomogne smanjenje - ne bi smela da se meša u ovo pitanje. Drugi je SAD. Najmoćnija ekonomija i vojna sila, praktično je vladar planete. Umesto da domaćinski svim mogućim sredstvima pomogne smanjenje broja stanovnika planete kojom vlada, SAD čak kažnjava Kinu koja je jedina učinila korak u pravom pravcu, zakonom "Jedno dete"

God as an idea of different way than Darwinism, is OK. In non-strict approach, it is possible.
3) Group. Individuals can't change anything. If you wish to initiate any social change - make a group first. Or join an existing one.
4) Talking. Practice your control: Never "suffocate" person you are talking to. Like in driving; every 3 secs you check your "mirror", when you talk to someone, every 3 minute or less, check if the other side is (still) interesting in your speach.
Do it by simply pausing your talk and observing the other guy's body speaking. Usually people ask you to continue.
6) Scale -5 to +5, or similar can help you to better express your position. 1= poor, 5 = excellent.
7) The Law and Alternative people. "Alternative", here does not mean homosexual. Not at all.
It means, people who may appear as "normal" but they are distinctly different. I mean normal people will (not only ) occasionaly disobey the Law, like pass the red light if they are sure it will remain unnoticed. Alternative people will never do it. It doesn't mean Alternatige people never disobey the Law. They do, but only unintenionally, like in traffic light example, or intentionally if the Law is obsolete or otherwise not good enough. Good example is speed. In US and Canada maximal speed is 100 kmh [65mph], but existing reality is 20% over. So, alternative people also drive 20% over.
An example in criminal Law is child pornography. Alternate people not only will get involved in any way, but they deeply resent it Even if it was not prohibited by Law. Because alternate people follow strong ethical standards. In average stronter than Law enforcment people. Though we expact that Law enformcne are stongest group retarding ethics, they are not. Alternatives are.
7) Police service - public
Nobody can deny how these services are necessary. But are they functioning in the best possible way, in relation to the essential purpose. I think: No. They function satisfactory, but there is alway room for improvments. Here are a couple of areas...
- Communication with alternative people [AP] can be much better. Police is basically dealing wth people who desrigard the Law. Tipically criminals. See =PP , bellow
8) Police service - secret or shortly SS. Refer to Wikipedia for details. I only wont to point out here, that Wiki makes difference
between the titles, like secret police, counterintelligence , domestic security agencies etc. The differences can be significant, but generally looking, there is no much difference for alternative people [AP].

- Strictly looking everyone occasionally disregards it. And this complicates explanation of "Alternative".
- Not strictly looking, most people respect the law, and public police is for that majority not a necessary service.
- At present, public police communicates with "Alt.." people in about the same way as with criminals. That can be significantly changed.
For example, in traffic Law violations, police usually order the driver to remain seated in her/his car. While this is normal precotion for criminals, it has no ground for drivers. Drivers should be free to get out of their car, without any restrictions. Of course they are not supposed to walk or run away from the scene. But, police is trained the other way, to order driver to remain in the car. This rule should be changed so that officer decides weather it is readonable to make that order or not. And Police bosses should encourage their staff to avoid it much as they can.
In reality it is not feasable to meke such a change abruptly. But experimenta areas can be designated and study conducted right now.
- And even for limited exploration in experimetnal zones, it is not simple. But it is worth to try as it may bring many new benefits, now hidden in the bulk of existing culture.
- Police people know it and not rarely implement the way thay know. For example it happens in US and Canada that police officer makes a reccord of a trafic crash (without injuries) and explicitly discars her/his duty to write a ticket. This is mostly in situation that Law can not define for exception. On example is collision caused by the driver who misse to see the traffic sign. Police knows very well that drivers may miss to see it frequently. That's why they established that sign "NEW!" , that is normally not necessary. Drivers are obliged to see the new signs same as the old ones. But in relity this "NEW" signes is helpful and conforms thet people sometimes simply do not see even old signs.
- Principally the question "Is it OK tu punish people for something their body system was unable to "register"? is waiting for a proper answer by Law makers. At present it is under "the carpet"
