Yoga is commonly misconceived as physical exercise only, however this camp introduces you to the idea of yoga as a way of life. This includes your physical, emotional and mental well-being and how yoga can help you lead a more balanced lifestyle.
For students (13+), these camps are 2 days each. Topics include: Self development, Concentration, Mind & Memory, and Relaxation.
