These clinical reflections are tributes to my clients for the invaluable "gifts" they have bestowed upon me. 

At termination, when I say "Thank you, too!" in response to clients' expressed gratitude, many clients often look at me with confusion,  disbelief, or even shock and query, "You are thanking ME?" I, then, reply with conviction, "Yes, I do thank YOU!"

I thank each and every one of you for your courage to look at life's challenges in the face!

I thank each and every one of you for letting me accompany you through the good times and the bad.

Most importantly, I thank each and every one of you for simply being you, the unique and wonderful you!

For I believe we are here NOT to achieve, to possess, to compete...

We are here to share a precious gift that only we can give--to live out who we truly are.

每當我於結案晤談，在個案表達感謝之後，對他們說聲謝謝時，許多個案常感到一陣狐疑，甚或驚訝的問我，怎麼會是妳感謝我呢？我總是會回說：「我當然得感謝你啊！」

感謝你們每個人鼓起這麼大的勇氣正視你們人生中的挑戰！

感謝你們每個人讓我有幸能陪伴你們渡過你們人生的潮起潮落！

更感謝你們每個人願意展現自己，那個獨一無二的自己！

我深信我們來到這個世界，不是為了做什麼、有什麼、爭什麼...

我們每個人能留給這個世界最珍貴的禮物就是活出真實的自己。
