これは、95年＝正確に3万4698日、を１サイクルとする太陽暦である。
This is a solar calendar, whose cycle has 95 years and it equals exactly 34,698 days.
年・Year
平年と閏年がある。前者は365日、後者は366日である。
There are two kinds of years: Ordinary year and Leap year. The first one has 365 days and the second one has 366 days
月・Month
基本的に、素数月が31日、非素数月が30日である。
Basically, prime-numbered months have 31 days and non-prime-numbered months have 30 days.
閏日の置き方・the Way to Set Leap days

もしそれが4で割り切れるならば、9月の最後の日として閏日を置く。

At first, to calculate the remainder of the year divided by 95.
To set leap day as the last day in 9th month if it is divisible by 4.
