My Story

The move that changed my life! Why Florida?  I was in Northern Indiana, and the University of Florida was my first choice, and it was not solely due to the weather!  Their human performance research was a huge draw for me.  Also, two professors at UF I had followed during my graduate work were leaders in this areas of interest.  Another factor was the phone call I received on a snowy December day in Muncie, Indiana if I was interested in a Graduate Assistantship.  Which would pay for my tuition, graduate coursework and a stipend.  Umm, Yes!
