Anyone who enjoys maps, geography or has been in the military knows the importance of the 'North Seeking Arrow'. Without knowing which way is up, one is guaranteed to get lost! In all aspects of our lives, we must know which way is up- spiritually, ethically, and professionally. If we do not, then we will wander around aimlessly and wonder why we just circled around and ended up where we started.

Explorers since the beginning of time have used Polaris and other points in the distance to help in navigation, and it still holds true today. We all require a point, a 'something' in the distance that we reach for to keep us on track.
