In the depths of the sea lives a beast awaking.
In the cool of the depths it evolves, forsaking
the embrace of the sea to rise up to the sky.
Tasting light blazing bright, never wondering why.
It hears you as you call as you lay by the wall.
For you draw by your will this great beast you’d befriend
to seek you for purpose it cannot comprehend.
It only can obey your summons as you lay
in the light and the wind, your skin pale as the fay.
It hears you as you call as you lay by the wall.
Intentions unmentioned in your spell that you keen,
drawing up from the depths this creature yet unseen.
But you sensed surrender to your charms and passions
if you called to the beast to desert its mansions.
It hears you as you call as you lay by the wall.
It rises, unconquered, but given to your whim.
It rises, surrendered, tendered to the swim
from the depths to your side, to serve you as you please,
ruled by the bronze draped tamer of fantasies.
It hears you as you call as you lay by the wall.
