This is the wiki for the works and references of American poet William F. DeVault. Currently containing only a small fraction of his works, which are being added semi-regularly. When "completed" it is the stated goal to be the authoritative site of his works and to contain more than 4,000 of his poetic works, as well as articles and references to his books and CDs.

In this award winning poem, DeVault derives a sense of the duty of the poet to rise to inspiration, regardless of age, illness, or exhaustion.

William F. DeVault was named the National Beat Poetry Festival's Poet Laureate for the United States for 2017-2018.
He has taken a leadership role in establishing a new small press, named Venetian Spider Press. They are not a poetry house, although several of their first books shall be poetry, including "Selected Poems and Passions: 1972-2011" and a "Best of" compilation from his magazine amomancies.
