Thank you for your interest in WJMS PTA’s Fence Sign Sponsorship Program. We are thrilled to be partnered with West Jefferson Middle School and Zuni Signs to bring you another opportunity to support our amazing school community. West Jefferson Middle School PTA highly values our partnerships with local businesses. 

Please read this letter in its entirety, as it contains important information for fence sign sponsors. 

● Fence signs are a visual form of advertising for business owners along the driveway to West Jefferson Middle School. 

● Fence sign advertising is offered on a first come first serve basis. 

● All proceeds from fence sign sponsorship go to the WJMS PTA general fund that provides events, programming and support to West Jefferson Middle School 

● Fence signs are purchased through WJMS PTA. 

○ Fence signs are encouraged to be updated after 3-5 years - based on wear from elements. 

○ Fence signs are strongly encouraged to be replaced after 6+ years due to fading from exposure. 

● The fence sign location is rented by the Sponsor from the WJMS PTA. 

● Fence sign contracts and fees are renewed annually 

○ Fence sign contracts are valid October 15th - October 14th of the following year.

● Zuni Signs are the preferred provider of the WJMS PTA Fence Sign Program as they pass along discounts to our sponsors. 

○ It is NOT required that you utilize Zuni Signs; however Sponsors MUST follow fence sign specifics (see below) 

■ Zuni Signs have WJMS PTA fence sign information and give a discount to WJMS PTA sponsors. Please contact sales@zunisigns.com if you choose to utilize their services. 

● Fence signs are 4’x8’, are aluminum composite with an eco-friendly digital print that is also laminated. Fence signs are in color. 

○ Art file fees are handled directly by Zuni Signs 

● Fence sign content is approved by the West Jefferson Middle School staff - Principal, VP, etc.

● There are three tiers of sponsorship for fence signs: 

○ Tier I - 3 fence sign spots along the initial fence facing drivers as they enter school property, 2 upper fence sign spots & 1 angled fence spot 

○Tier II - 5 fence sign spots along the north side of the driveway to the school - north & 23 spots along the north fence along the hug and go route 

○ Tier III - 7 fence signs along the north fence within the athletic field and facing the athletic field 

● Fence Sign fees - $425 per sign paid to WJMS PTA

○ Initial cost of fence signs are $528 - Zuni Signs discounts this price to approximately $274

  ■ Other fees included in the cost are materials and labor for hanging fence signs as well as repair kit funds 

● Weather impacts (inside of expected duration of fence sign life) and potential for vandalism. ○ Rental fees vary on fence sign location 

■ Tier I rental fees are $500

■ Tier II rental fees are $450 

■ Tier III rental fees are $300 

● Tier III faces the athletic field
