Walnut Creek CERT Communication

This site was started to provide a central location to post information about CERT related HAM activity in Walnut Creek.  Lessons learned, communications documents, course materials, AT&T Yellow Box Grant radio plans, announcements, etc. will appear. 

It has expanded to include all elements of CERT communications (i.e., FRS, WC EOC, etc.).
