The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Attorney General and Minister of Justice dated April 5, 2023, and pursuant to Sections 3 and 4 of Chapter 252 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Legal Aid Act, is pleased to appoint Wanda MacDonald of Boylston, Guysborough County, as a part-time director of the Nova Scotia Legal Aid Commission for a term of three (3) years commencing April 27, 2023.
