I completed the requirements for and received The Coaching Clinic Certificate (click to view) in May 2006. The skills acquired from the 'Coaching Conversation Model' have assisted while counselling business and community clients. This knowledge assists in aiding client to determine their focus, discover possibilities, create action plans, and remove barriers. The most important skill I gained was 'contextual listening'. I have and will continue to use the 'discovery questioning' and 'contextual listening' skills to promote growth and development within my organization and myself.
