I received certification in the Dale Carnegie Program in May 2005 (click to view Dale Carnegie Certificate). I will continue to utilize these skills to grow and develop myself and organizations that I become involved.
Through-out this program, I found useful tools to assist in easing nervousness and increasing confidence. The skills gained have assisted in enhancing my overall communication, public speaking, and leadership that have help me master the capabilities demanded in today's tough business environment. The training assisted in strengthening interpersonal relationships, managing stress, and handling fast-changing workplace conditions. The course has helped and will continue to assist me to have enhanced skills necessary to perform as a persuasive communicator, problem-solver, and focused leader within organizations.
