Waterfall Meditation

WATERFALL MEDITATION (REFLECTIVE)

In our daily life, we encounter certain problems that affect our aura and cause physical and mental illness. We do agree that in life there are good and evil forces that are circulating around us each day. In certain places such as funeral houses, hospitals or graveyards and also in certain accident prone places, there are always negative forces circulating around. These forces will some how try to enter us and cause phsical and mental problems. These negative forces look for oportunities to charge themselves and that is why they come around living people. A person who is exposed to such negatives forces will have some of these symptoms like headache, restlessness, Insomnia, uneasy feeling, bad dreams, tiredness and lethargy and often feel depressed. In such circumstances, we can overcome these problems by practising WATERFALL MEDITATION. .This practise will remove negative forces and make you feel energised.

Method:

Step one:

First sit comfortably on a mat or carpet and breath slowly in and out for a few times. Next Imagine that you are sitting under a waterfall . The water is flowing from the top of your head to all parts of the body. Also imagine that water is flowing through every cell in your body.

Step two:

Next, imagine that as the water flows from head to toe it is cleansing you and you feel the dark rays being washed out along with the water. The water is flowing through all the organs in the body and also each cell in your body. You will feel the negative forces leaving you and you will feel refreshed and relieved.

Stage three:

Now you must Imagine that you are sitting on top of a hill with the sky above you. Imagine the cosmic divine rays entering your body through the top of your head and filling every cell in your body. Each cell is filled with divine light and each cell is sparkling .Next feel the divine light engulfing you and protecting you. You can end this meditation by saying "Om Shanti, shanti, shanti.

If one practise with faith and sincerly you will be able to realise the effect of this meditation.
