DR MUTHULAKSHMI FAREWELL DINNER 22 SEP 2012 

Dr. Muthlakshmi farewell dinner has been hosted by the Indian society  of Kota Bharu. The programme was organised by Lakshmi Mantralaya under the chairmanship of  Mr.R.S. Maniam.

More than 200 people attended the special gathering to honour her

service and tremendous contribution to the society and the people of Kelantan.

She has served for more than 16 years as a consultant Dermatologist

(Skin Specialist). She has awarded the"Khidmat Cemerlang" twice during her service. Her vast experience has enabled her to diagnose rare skin conditions and cured them. She is well known for her expertise and undivided care for her patients.

Dr.Muthulakshmi is Gem among the medical fraternity. The Indian Society has bestowed her the spiritual honour 'MARUTHUVA MAMETHAI".which literally means "Wisdom and Genius" in medical field. Her talks on prevention of breast cancer, HIV among women, importance of PAP smear has created awareness among Indian women. 

The Indian of Kelantan wish her good luck and thanked her for her benevolence during her tenure in Kelantan.

The organizing chair person Sri R.S.Maniam has been honoured by the public for his achievement  in the field of Religion and Astrology for being selected for " NOSTRADAMUS AWARD WINNER 2010"  by renowned  Astrology Magazine.

SWAMI BRAMMA SRI SIVANANDA 83RD BIRTH DAY 

By the grace of Satguru, Swamijis 83rd birthday celebration was held in Lakshmi Mantralaya on 11/8/2012.

The prayers commenced at 8.10pm with grand puja to lord Shiva. Chanting of Mrinthujaya Mantra and Shiva pooja was held. Bajans were also conducted followed by Satsangam.

Swami Bramma Sri Sivananda Maharja gave satsangam via telephone from India. The devotees were very pleased to listen to swamiji's divine voice. We are very much blessed to listen to swami message and obtain his blessing.

 Hindu Temple in Tumpat received RM 100,000 from the government for the Temple Renovations, A ceremony was held on 9/6/2011 which was attended by Temple devotees.  The contribution from the Government was presented by Datuk Hj Noor Zahidi Bin Hj Omar, Pengerusi Barisan Nasional Tumpat to Mr.Chandrasegaran Presiden Kuil Muthumariamman

Lec ture bases on "Academic Excellence Through Religion" .The importance of concentration, rethinking and reassessing. How to activate the mind as CPU. About 40 students from varoius districts participated in the lecture.

It was pleasure indeed to guide students from my native place. I wish the camp organised by Mr.Maran would have benefited the students

Navaratri prayers conducted at Lakshmi Mantralaya Kota Bharu. Prayers were from 8/10/2010 t0 17/10/2010. More 36 families attended the prayers.Daily pooja to 'Rajarajeswari" was conducted followed by Bajans /Satsangan.

The members had a memorable navaratri these as children carried Agalvilaku and worshipped as Rajarajeswari.

Lecturing on the transit Guru and Implication on Tamil New year. First time in the history of Shivan Temple a power point presentation was condcuted and lecture using mutimedia . Sri Shiva Subramanyar alayam moola isthana is visible clearly in the photo.

Participated on behalf of Hindu Sangam in a religious seminar held in USM(University Sanis Malaysia) talked about Sanathana Dharma.

This is place where the Naga Devatha of Sivan Temple said to be resting. The temple committee decided to place lotus and Abaya Mudra at this place. The Shivan temple was base for all spiritual development in Kota Bharu. It functioned as "THE ACADEMY OF SPIRITUAL KNOWLEDGE" where youth practise good sadhana
