Gospel-6(Parama Guru)
Parama Guru. The Universal Protective Cosmic Energy that is doing everything within us and outside of us. This energy is creative and protective.
Gospel-7(God wants your heart)
"An act of faith. The act of melting and merging with God with love and trust . An effort of man to commune with or contact God. Prayer does not demand high intelligence or eloquence. God wants your heart to be involved when you pray. Even a few words from a humble, pure soul, though illiterate ill appeal to the Lord more than the eloquent flowing words of the Lord more than the eloquent flowing words of an orator if the heart is not involved".
Gospel-8 (Worshipping for need in mind)
"Worshipping for some need in Mind and asking God to grant Something in prayer or chanting mantras or singing Gods praise for the same purpose".
Gospel-9 (Human energy transformed into mystic power)
Human energy through chanting gets transformed into mystic power. Through the mystical vocal and sound vibration. Mostly to attain earthly and divine needs. But doesn't lead to clarity of mind.
Gospel-10 (External ceremonies doesnot lead to spiritual development)

Gospel-12 (Spiritual lwa of causes and effect)
What is happening in this life is the cause of imprints on the mind from previous lives. This is often called fate. The spiritual law of causes and effect"
Gospel -13 (Do activity without ego)
"Only human energy becomes an activity, so activity means energy. If the activity is done by sat guru without ego. It becomes a deposited divine energy. All other activity is Karumam(ruling of fate)".
Gospel-14 (Satguru doing everything)
A form of yogic practice where all activities are done without the ego." I" and without expecting any rewards. All deeds done by us are not ours. The rewards are also not ours. Satguru is doing everything".
Gospel-15 ( Effective way to chant mantra)
Chanting within the mind while breathing silently, smiling.
Gospel-16( Raja yoga highest form of spiritual practice)
A means for stopping the thought flow and fixing the mind on a particular centre or chakra. Thereby all senses are brought under control with balance of mind. The highest form of spiritual practice or yoga to attain liberation, hence the name " Raja".
Gospel-17 (Meditation a most refined and most powerful form of prayer)
An advanced yogic practice which controls the senses and leads to a thoughtless state of mind, absolute stillness of mind. A very good form of prayer for the beginner. A most refined and most powerful form of prayer for the adept which leads directly to the field of God, to realization of God and liberation of the soul.
Gospel-18 ( Awareness ,Satguru does everything)
A constant state of mind in which one accepts and allows sat guru who is within us to do all things for us. Thus all actions / functions are done with clarity and without ego.
Gospel-19 (Anava the False "I")
Anava- Previous bad imprints form into egoistic imaginary False " I".
Gospel-20 ( Maya a captivating illusionary feeling)
Maya. A captivating illusionary feeling where all false things appear as true or real things. An infatuation of the Mind where the unreal appears like the real. E.g. The rainbow , blue skies which do nor appear as they really are. Even the bad appears to be good.
Gospel-21 ( Faith towards God without expectation)
True love and faith towards God without any expectation or Ego.
Gospel-22 ( A delusion that God must do all)
A delusion that God must do all that is asked for. e.g I am a great devotee therefore God must give whatever I ask for. This is a false opinion . E.g God will come to save me now for I have done a lot of charity to the Temple etc
Gospel-23 (Doing and being in the present)
Without thought flow on the past or the future and without the Ego I. Being in one's activity with total involvement. Doing and being in the Present.
Gospel-24 (Body as the temple of God)
A Temple built by God and God resides in the body as the intellect. The body has wonderful organs. The body is a vehicle to help us shed our Karmas . Taking care of the body by regular exercise and proper nutrition is our duty to the Atma.
Gospel-25 (Thought )
Is made up of life particles according to the imprints of previous lives. All or most past, future , selfish, sinful unwanted thoughts are replayed and reimprinted by this process.
Gospel-26 (Mind)
The seat of consciousness, emotion , volition, memory. thought , intellectual powers and opinion.
Gospel-27( Gos resides in the intellect)
Faculty of knowing , reasoning and understanding . God resides in the intellect to solve our problems and restore balance of mind. One must attain balance of mind and operate the intellect through the mind.
Gospel-28( Birth is to realize the divinity within)
The purpose of this birth or incarnation is to realize the Divinity within. But Man because of his Ego, Maya, body consciousness can help reveal Mans true divine nature.
Gospel-29( Satwa Guna)
Refers to purity in thought and deeds, Always in happiness, not sorrow , Nyanam , higher consciousness , good qualities. People with these qualities are usually born in pious, religious, righteous families.
Gospel-30(Rajo Guna)
Refers to passion, desire, greed, actions with attachment, unrest, Physical work oriented, painful life. They die knowing nothing , They are usually born in foolish, ignorant families.
Gospel-31 (Thamo Guna)
Refers to Gross Ignorance , infatuation, laziness, idleness , likes to sleep a lot, carelessness, dullness, foolishness. Usually born in ignorant families.
Gospel-32 (Love is beyond body, a higher state)
God is pure Love. Love is beyond body , mind , men and women. Real Love has no expectation of anything in return , seeks only to give and does not see differences in people . Love is not lust or infatuation , a higher state.
Gospel-33 (Clarity is Divinity)
Clarity is Divinity. A clear balanced mind , clear thinking, not doctrines, superstitions , activities, no unwanted or wasteful activity. Living in constant Sat guru consciousness.
Gospel-34 (Perfection comes after realization)
Perfection comes after this realization. Being perfectly happy with what one has. Attainment of control over desires.
Gospel-35 (Desire the source of miseries)
Greed is a form of desire. Desire is selfishness. Source of miseries . Egoistic.
Gospel- 36 (Kindness the greatest love of God)
(Kindness) The greatest love of God which comes as perfection and help in times of need. This is an unmerited favour of God and Divine kindness.
Gospel-37 ( Supernatural power acts miraculously)
Supernatural; power is present in a place in its own miraculously. It helps all people by giving miraculous relief, curing, fulfilling the needs.At times even punishes the bad people".
Gospel-38 ( Laughter brings positive cosmic energy)
" Always laugh like a child, innocent laughter is good for the soul. Laughter brings the positive cosmic energy in large quantities into the cells of the body and pushes out the negative , sickly, energy particles thus the body becomes bright. Laughing for 10-15 minutes a day is wonderful".
Gospel-39 ( Smile brings pleasant personality)
"Smiling is an inward blossom which shows as smile on the face. The lips part slightly , the eyes appear soft. Allows positive cosmic energy to fill the cells and pushes out the negative energy. The face and body becomes bright, give a pleasant personality".
Gospel-40 ( Inward blossoms happens during meditation and awareness in Totality)

Gospel-41(True silence can be attained in Siva Thavam)
"With mind unwavering.Thought flow stilled.Stpping the mouth from speaking is not sufficient.Do not see or hear anything with mind.Such true silence can attained through Siva Thavam or Half closed eye meditation.
Gospel-41 (Love must turn in service)
"(Duty).Work done without expecting any benefit is true service. Duty with love is service. Love must turn into service".
Gospel-42 ( Giving for other to enjoy what you could rightfully enjoy is sacrifice)
"An act of prayers. Giving up for the sake of another purpose that is higher or more urgent. Rendering service to others beyond the call of duty. Giving up for others to enjoy what you could rightfully enjoy is sacrifice"
Gospel-43 (True liberation)
"Realization in enlightenment .Being free of all attachment, desire, passion. Shedding the attachment of attainments, both worldly and divine. It is the liberation of the soul from the clutches of Maya".
Gospel-42 (Perfect Bliss)
"Perfect bliss. Soul consciousness. Dropping of the false Ego or I consciousness. Extinction of individual existence and absorption into the supreme"
