On 8/3/2012 @10.25am. The Hon.Prime Minister announced the improved version of SSM (Sistem Sarananan Malaysia) remuneration scheme for the civil servant, abolishing the SBPA(Saranan Baru Perkhidmatan Awam) and reintroducing  SSM revised version. There are strong celestial forces that support  the implementation of SSM. A full moon in the constellation of Poorva Phalguna- meritorious one -δ and θ Leonis still 34.2% left.
