Data Collection

Our main objective for the last two weeks has been data collection on the shops. We split up in two different groups of two and both groups started collecting data on different ends of Cannaragio. Each group used a well-detailed Venice map to mark the streets covered by them. At the end of the day we would compare the e map and mark the street covered by both teams. So far our team have covered 470 stores. Our data collection would have been more successful if we wouldn’t have any technical issues with the applications. The applications runs well, but there are a lot of crashes during the data collection process. This might be because of the Internet signal, which is not that good in most of the streets.
