Timeline Research

Hi guys,

I have been researching different timelines online to obtain a general idea of what our timeline should look like. I came a cross a very interesting timeline of Anne Frank. This timeline has many unique features. To begin, the timeline starts in World War I and with the life of Anne's father Otto. From here it moves to an inter war period where it presents important events leading to the Second World War. Then it goes into the Second World War, where it dives into the crucial events of Anne Franks life. The timeline finishes up by giving a post war summary of some events that where inspired by the life of Anne Frank and the end of WWII.

This is a very interesting timeline since it shows events that lead up to the major event and events that where inspired by this one. This could be a good way to relate different time periods in the Venice timeline with each other. I would add two links at the end of each major event in the timeline that link the user with a related event previous to the event and one after the event. Making it easier for the users to connect important events with each other.
